Materials

  • 1 kg of lamb
  • 4 medium potatoes
  • 2-3 medium carrots
  • 1 onion
  • Liquid oil
  • Butter
  • Meat Water
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • paprika
  • Thyme

Preparation Of

Chop the potatoes into large cubes. Slice the carrots to the same size. Chop the meat to the same size. Fry the meat with butter and oil over high heat. Add the diced onions and continue frying.
