Materials

  • 3 large eggplants
  • Liquid oil
  • Salt

Preparation Of

Peel the eggplants, cut them into rings and soak them in salted water.

You can fry the eggplants, which you have drained and dried thoroughly, by throwing them in the oil you have heated in the pan, frying them on both sides and serving them with garlic yoghurt if you wish.
