Fried Meat Pie Recipe

Materials

  • 4 phyllo dough
  • 1 glass of water Milk
  • Half a teaspoon of oil

Preparation Of

Let’s pour 1 spoon of oil in a non-stick pan and spread it. Let’s lay 1 piece of phyllo in the pan. Whisk eggs, oil and milk in a bowl. Spread it on the dough. Place another yuka on it piece by piece. Drizzle the sauce again. Spread on the minced meat. Cover with the remaining dough and pour the sauce. Cover the yufka that hangs from the bottom to the edges. Drizzle a little oil and turn it over until golden brown and cook on both sides. Enjoy your meal.
