Fried Ravioli Recipe

Materials

FOR DOUGH;

  • 4 glasses of flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 and a half glasses of water
  • 1 teaspoon salt

FOR INTERNAL MORTAR;

  • Half kilo of ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon pulp

FOR SAUCE;

  • 1 bowl of yogurt
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon

Preparation Of

Sift the flour in a large bowl. Add all the ingredients and knead. After the dough has thickened, let it rest covered for 1 hour. Chop the onions into cubes and knead together with the minced meat, add the spices. Do not forget to keep the stuffing in the refrigerator while rolling out the dough. Flour the counter and roll out the dough thinly. When you roll your dough to the size you want, cut it into squares with horizontal and vertical stripes with the help of a knife. Add your stuffing with minced meat in the middle of the formed little squares and form a bundle so that the opposite sides meet. Fry the ravioli in a large pan. While the ravioli is frying, prepare the garlic yoghurt. Then melt the butter in a pan. Add in the mint and paprika. Serve the fried ravioli with yoghurt and butter. Your crispy ravioli is ready!
