Gavurdagi Salad Recipe


  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 green pepper
  • 3-4 branches fresh onion
  • Parsley
  • 2 handfuls of large broken walnuts
  • Olive oil
  • Pomegranate
  • Sumac
  • Salt

Preparation Of

Cut the tomatoes and green pepper into small pieces.
Green onions and parsley are also very finely chopped.
The onion is cut as small as possible and rubbed with a little salt.
All the ingredients are taken into a large bowl, coarsely cracked walnuts, olive oil and pomegranate syrup are added.
About 1 tablespoon of sumac is also added.
It is mixed and transferred to the serving plate.
You can adjust the amount of olive oil and pomegranate syrup according to your taste, I use quite a lot because I like it.
I also add almost 1 cup of walnuts.
A great salad, I recommend it to those who haven’t tried it. Enjoy your meal.
