Green Lentil Meal Recipe


  • 1.5 cups green lentils
  • 1 onion
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 7 glasses of water
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • Half a teaspoon of olive oil (or vegetable oil)

Preparation Of

Put the green lentils in the pot. It is boiled for 20 minutes with 4 glasses of water.
After boiling, the water is filtered and washed a little.
Onion and garlic are fried in oil and tomato paste is added on it and roasted a little more.
Then, fried onions and tomato paste are added on the green lentils taken into the pot.
