Gummy Pudding with Croquant in Jar

Materials

  • 4 Water B .Milk
  • 4 Soup K. Powdered Sugar
  • 1 Soup K. Starch
  • 1 Soup K. Rice Flour
  • 2 Pieces Gum Gum

For Your Croquet:

  • 1 Water B. Granulated Sugar
  • 1 Water B. Walnut

Preparation Of

Put cold milk, granulated sugar, starch, rice flour and mastic gum into the saucepan and mix to form a pudding consistency. When you find the consistency, divide it into glasses or bowls. For the croquant, take the sugar in a separate pan and let it melt over low heat.

When it is completely melted, add the walnuts and mix. Pour into the baking tray. Wait until it freezes. Remove to the counter when cool. Break it by going over it with a rolling pin. Sprinkle over the custards. Serve when cool.
