Heaven Mud Recipe


  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 300 grams of wire kadayif
  • 100 grams of pistachios (powder)

For sherbet;

  • 1 glass of water
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4-5 drops of lemon juice

Preparation Of

First, start preparing the syrup by adding water and sugar into a large saucepan. Boil the syrup on the stove for about 30 minutes. Add lemon juice towards the end of the cooking process. After preparing the syrup, remove it from the stove and leave it at room temperature to cool. Shred the kadaifi into vermicelli size. Take the butter and kadayıf in a saucepan and fry them on medium heat so that they do not turn color. Add 3/4 of the pistachios to the kadaifs and continue mixing. Add syrup little by little into the lightly roasted mixture. It is ready when the dessert absorbs all the syrup and thickens. Sprinkle the remaining pistachios over the dessert. You can serve heaven mud with cream or vanilla ice cream. Enjoy your meal.
