Hummus Recipe


  • 500 grams boiled chickpeas
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of tahini
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • Half a lemon
  • Half a glass of boiled chickpea juice

Preparation Of

Soak the chickpeas in water the night before. Boil it in the morning. Mash the boiled chickpeas with half a glass of chickpea juice using a hand blender. Continue this process for 3-4 minutes until the chickpeas are pureed. Then add crushed garlic, tahini, olive oil, cumin, salt and lemon juice. Mix with the help of a spoon. You can garnish it with paprika and mint. You don’t need to remove the chickpea shell. Enjoy your meal.
