Hummus Recipe


  • 300 g Chickpeas
  • 2 Tea Cups Tahini
  • 2 Pieces of Lemon
  • 2-3 Cloves of Garlic
  • Chilli Powder
  • Olive oil
  • Cumin
  • Salt

Preparation Of

Chickpeas are soaked the day before.
After soaking the chickpeas, they are boiled the next day and the water is filtered.
Chickpeas are mashed. Tahini, lemon juice, garlic are added and mixed. Add salt and mix again.
When the puree is ready, it is taken to the serving plate and cumin, chili pepper and olive oil are poured on it. Antakya style hummus is ready, enjoy your meal.
