Materials

For meat:

  • 600 gram lamb leg (veal optional)
  • 2 piece medium onion
  • 4 tooth garlic
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 3 piece medium tomato
  • one tablespoon tomato paste
  • 2 water glass hot water
  • one tea spoon salt

  • 1/2 water glass cheddar cheese

  • 1.5 water glass milk
  • 4 piece medium eggplant
  • 1.5 tablespoon

Preparation Of

Make holes in 4 medium-sized eggplants with a knife and place them on the baking tray. Bake at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. Take the baked eggplants in a bowl and stretch them for easy peeling, wait for 15 minutes and then peel the skins off. Heat 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan. Add 2 pieces of chopped onion on it and fry it until it turns pink.After adding 4 cloves of chopped garlic, add 600 grams of cubed beef or lamb. Let it cook until the meat releases its juices. Add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste, 1 teaspoon each of salt and pepper, 3 peeled and chopped tomatoes.Add 2 cups of hot water and let it cook until the meat is tender.Now let’s prepare what you like. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan. Add 1.5 tablespoons of flour on it and fry it until it smells.Add the eggplants that you have baked and peeled. Add 1.5 cups of milk to it slowly and mix it continuously. Add 1 teaspoon each of salt and pepper.Then add half a glass of grated cheddar cheese at the end, mix and remove from the stove.Sprinkle the soft cooked meat on your favorite and serve, bon appetit!
