Kadınbudu Meatballs Recipe

Materials

  • 500 grams medium-fat ground beef
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • a pinch of sugar
  • Black pepper
  • Cumin
  • 4 tablespoons of rice
  • 1 egg
  • 1 handful of parsley

for coating

  • Half a glass of flour
  • Half a cup of breadcrumbs
  • 2 eggs

for frying

  • A glass of oil

Preparation Of

Wash the rice. Boil in a glass of hot water and strain. Take another bowl to cool. Finely chop the onion and parsley. Heat the oil in the pan. Add the onions and fry them. Add half of the minced meat to the onion and fry until the water is absorbed. Take it from the stove. Add the cooled onion mixture, the remaining ground beef, rice, egg yolk, parsley, and seasonings. Knead gently. Let the mixture rest in the refrigerator for half an hour. Shape into long patties and flatten them. Dip first in the flour mixture, then in the beaten egg. Fry both sides in medium hot oil until golden brown. Absorb excess oil on paper towel. You can take it to a serving plate and serve. Enjoy your meal.
