Kale Soup Recipe


  • 2 bunches of kale (leaves only)
  • 1 cup boiled kidney beans
  • 1 cup boiled corn (I used canned)
  • Beef or tallow
  • salt, pepper
  • 4 tablespoons of cornmeal

Preparation Of

The kale is washed and chopped first, not too thin. Corn and kidney beans are pre-boiled. Clean water is added to a medium pot. Corn and kidney beans are boiled. Then cabbages are added and cooked together. When the cabbages are cooked, the corn is added and whipped with a mixer. The cayenne pepper and salt are adjusted. In a separate pan, tallow or beef fat is roasted and added to the soup. I used meat oil and did not add the small pieces of meat that I cut into the soup, but if you add it, the meat flavor will be more intense. I just added the melted butter. Another bowl is boiled and served hot. Enjoy your meal.
