Karniyarik Recipe


1 kg eggplant
300 grams of minced meat
4 tomatoes to be peeled and cut into edibles
5 green peppers to be chopped
2 onions to be chopped for food
5 cloves of garlic finely chopped
2 sugar cubes
1 tablespoon of tomato paste
a pinch of parsley
Black pepper

Preparation Of

Wash and dry the eggplants with their skins. Place on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. Make deep scratches in the middle and apply olive oil all over the eggplants with the help of a brush. Sprinkle salt on it and bake in the oven for 30 minutes on the grill setting. Lightly fry the ground beef with olive oil in a pan. Add the onions and sugar. Cook the onions until soft. Add the peppers, garlic and tomatoes. Turn off the stove for a little more cooking. Add salt and pepper. Arrange the eggplants in the baking dish. Fill them with the mortar with the help of a spoon. Dilute the tomato paste with 1 glass of hot water and pour over it. Put one green pepper on it. Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes. When serving, sprinkle finely chopped parsley on top. Enjoy your meal.
