Materials

  • 6 cups of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of starch
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 glass of sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 packet of vanilla

Preparation Of

First of all, put milk, starch, flour and sugar in a saucepan and mix. Pour the butter and vanilla last and cook until it thickens. Pour 3 tablespoons of sugar onto a heavily greased baking tray. Distribute the sugar evenly all over the tray. Then pour the cooked pudding into the tray and put it on the stove. Cook the pudding over medium heat, turning it constantly. About 25 minutes will be enough for the bottom of the pudding to hold. At the end of the time, remove from the stove and let it cool. Then keep it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours. Cut into thin long slices and curl with a spatula. Your dessert is ready to be served.
