Materials

Preparation Of

Pour olive oil into the pressure cooker. Chop the onions and garlic and fry them lightly. Then add the carrots that you cut into triangles. Add the garlic and seasonings and mix. Add the kidney beans, add enough hot water to cover them and cook under pressure for 10 minutes. When cool, finely chop the parsley and add to it. You can serve cold. Enjoy your meal.
