Kısır Recipe

Materials

  • 2 cups fine bulgur
  • 1.5 cups of hot water
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • juice of 2 lemons
  • 1/2 teaspoon of pomegranate syrup
  • 6 spring onions
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 1/2 bunch of fresh mint

Preparation Of

Take 2 cups of fine bulgur into a large bowl. Add 1.5 cups of hot water on it. Cover with cling film and wait for the bulgur to swell. After the bulgur swells, mix it well to form grains. Add 2 tablespoons of tomato paste and 1 tea glass of olive oil to it. 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon Add paprika, the juice of 2 lemons and half a tea glass of pomegranate syrup.
