Creamy Vegetable Soup


  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 2 cloves of finely chopped garlic
  • 1 finely chopped onion
  • 2 full tablespoons of flour
  • 1 small diced potato
  • 1 small diced carrot
  • 1 small diced red pepper
  • 1 small diced green zucchini
  • 1 cup of canned peas
  • 1 handful of chopped dill
  • 1 box of cream (200 ml)
  • Salt
  • 6-7 cups of hot water

Preparation Of

Let’s add oil to our pot that we took to the stove, add our chopped onions, finely chopped garlic and fry for 2-3 minutes.
Then add the carrot that we cut into small cubes and continue frying.
After frying our carrots a little, let’s add the small chopped potatoes, capia pepper and green pepper and fry for 2 more minutes.
Then add our flour and mix it for 1-2 turns. Let’s add the peas and water and mix again.
After our soup starts to boil, let’s turn down the stove and let our soup cook on medium heat.
After our vegetables have lost their vitality, let’s add our cream to our soup and mix it. Then let’s boil our soup one more time.
After adding the salt and finely chopped dill, let’s mix it for the last time and take it off the stove.
Our creamy vegetable soup is ready to serve after its first temperature comes out. Enjoy your meal.
