Kunafe Recipe

Materials

  • 250 grams of butter
  • 1 tablespoon of grape molasses
  • 200 grams of wire kadayif
  • 300 grams of string cheese

For the syrup:

  • 3 glasses of water
  • 2 drops of lemon juice
  • 4 cups granulated sugar

For the above:

  • Powdered Pistachios

Preparation Of

Boil granulated sugar, water, lemon juice and granulated sugar and leave to cool. Melt the butter, mix it with grape molasses and spread on the tray. Dip the kadaifs in melted butter. Place half of the kadaifi on the tray and press firmly. Spread the tongue cheese evenly on it. Spread the remaining kadayıf on it and press it well. Bake in the oven at 220 degrees until golden brown. While the kadaif is hot, pour the cold syrup over it. Garnish with vanilla ice cream and powdered pistachios and enjoy.
