Lamb Collar Recipe

Materials

  • 2 kilos of lamb neck
  • 3-4 medium sized carrots
  • 3-4 medium potatoes
  • 2 medium onions

  • 2 spoonful butter
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • 1/2 meat bouillon

Preparation Of

Heat the pan and add olive oil. On the other hand, flavor the meat with salt and pepper. Seal the back, front and sides of the hot pan well. Put it in a pressure cooker, add a whole onion, garlic, bay leaf, bouillon, enough water and boil for 40 minutes. Add butter to the pan where you sealed the meat and fry the chopped onion, chopped carrot, chopped potato in turns. Add salt, black pepper and paprika, add to the boiled meats and cook for 5 more minutes in the pressure cooker. Enjoy your meal.
