- 5 pieces of lasagna
For the bolognese sauce;
- 150 grams ground beef
- 1 large tomato (if your tomatoes are small, you can increase them to 2)
- 1 medium onion
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 3 tablespoons of oil
- 1/2 (half) tablespoon of tomato paste
- chili pepper
- Black pepper
For the bechamel sauce;
- 3/4 (one half + one quarter) glass of milk
- 1.5 tablespoons of flour
- 1 tablespoon of oil
- 1.5 tablespoons of butter
For the above;
- Grated Cheddar
For this recipe for two people, 5 pieces of lasagna are enough since we made it in a casserole.
We soak the lasagna in boiling water for 10 minutes and soften it.
Meanwhile, to prepare the bolognese sauce, fry the finely chopped onion and garlic in a pan in oil.
Add the minced meat to the roasted onions and fry until the minced meat releases its juice.
We add chopped tomatoes and tomato paste to the minced meat cooked in its own juice and cook it.
We must not lose the juice of the sauce. It will ensure that the lasagnas are cooked softly while baking in the oven.
While the sauce is cooking, let’s prepare the bechamel sauce.
Let’s melt the butter in a saucepan.
Add the flour to the melted butter and fry it until it smells.
Pour the milk over it and whisk well until it boils.
Our sauce, which has boiled and thickened, is now ready.
Let’s grease the casseroles with butter and first spread a tablespoon of bechamel sauce on the casseroles.
Let’s cut and place the lasagna on it according to the casserole. It doesn’t matter how we cut the lasagna. The important thing is not to leave any gaps. So you can also cut small pieces to fill in the gaps. There are shapes I placed in the picture.
We add béchamel sauce on the lasagna and the bolognese sauce on the béchamel sauce.
You can optionally add the grated cheddar. Add the appropriate multiples in this order.
It is 2 or 3 layers in total depending on the depth of your casserole. I did it three times. It rises and increases in height as it bakes in the oven. Considering this, you can decide how many floors you will make. We finish with solid lasagna.
Add plenty of bechamel sauce and grated cheddar to cover it completely.
We bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden brown.
Oil may leak from the casserole as it swells while cooking. For this, it is useful to lay greaseproof paper on the floor of your oven before baking.
