Leek Mustard Recipe


  • 4 medium zucchini
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 pinch of parsley
  • 1 pinch of dill
  • One medium onion
  • 100 grams of white cheese
  • Salt
  • Black Pepper and Paprika
  • 5 tablespoons of flour
  • Oil for frying

Preparation Of

Grate the washed Zucchini into a large bowl.
Wait for a while for it to release its juice and squeeze it out with both palms of your hands. Pour out the water.
Chop the onion for food and add it to the zucchini.
Crack an egg
Crush the cheese and crumble it over the mixture.
Finely chop the parsley and dill and add to the mixture.
Add a pinch of salt and pepper. (Add paprika if you want)
Add heaping flour until the last 5 tablespoons. Mix it well.
Fry in the oil you have heated in the pan.
