  • 3 tablespoons of water
  • 1 tablespoon of tomato paste
  • 2 tablespoons flaxseed, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon of onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon basil
  • 1 tablespoon of ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper

Preparation Of

Soak the lentils with warm water the night before. Filter the water and thin it by running it through the robot. Add all the ingredients to the thinned lentils and pass them through the robot again. Let it come to a dough consistency. Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper and pour the mixture. Spread thinly with the help of spatula. Sprinkle sesame seeds on it. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes. Slice the snacks you take out of the oven into the sizes you want. You can rest for 15-20 minutes at room temperature and consume. You can serve it with strained yogurt and labneh. Enjoy your meal.
