Lentil Soup Recipe


  • 2 cups red lentils
  • 1 onion
  • 1 potato
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 teaspoon butter, salt

For the above:

  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground red pepper

Preparation Of

Wash the lentils, drain the water and put it in the pot. Add the peeled vegetables on top. Add salt, add enough water to cover the material by four fingers and boil until the lentils are soft. Take it from the stove, add the butter and pass it through the blender. For the topping, take the olive oil and red pepper powder in the pan, put it on the stove and stir for 2 minutes over medium heat. Pour over the soup and serve hot.
