Liver Recipe

Materials

  • Oil for frying
  • 750 gr. Beef Lung – Cleaned and Cubed Cubed
  • 2 cups of flour – to flour the lungs
  • 3 tablespoons of butter
  • 6 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 medium onion – Pazarlık chopped
  • 2 pointed peppers
  • Salt
  • Black pepper
  • Cumin
  • Chili pepper
  • Thyme
  • Sumac
  • 3 fresh onions – coarsely chopped

Preparation Of

Put 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a pan and fry the onions, then slice the peppers and fry them together with the onions. Add the fresh onions and continue sautéing until they soften slightly and set aside. To flour the livers, put the flour in the refrigerator bag, close the lid and flour all sides, then add the livers and flour in the bag. Add oil to the pan and add the floured livers, add butter first, then olive oil from the edge of the pan, and continue frying. When the livers are cooked, season them, add the fried potatoes, onions and peppers you have set aside and serve.
