Lolaz Recipe

Materials

  • 300 g black-eyed peas (boiled)
  • 1 chopped red onion
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon of thyme
  • ½ teaspoon of paprika
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 4-5 tablespoons of olive oil
  • juice of 1 lemon

Preparation Of

First, chop the onions and transfer them to a large salad bowl. Then add the boiled black-eyed peas and spices. Chop the parsley and transfer to the mixture. Add olive oil, lemon juice and vinegar and mix well. Enjoy your meal.
