Mama Pastry Recipe

Materials

For the dough:

  • 1 cup of melted butter
  • 1 cup of olive oil
  • 1 cup of yogurt (1 finger missing)
  • 2 eggs (1 egg yolk will be separated)
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons of salt
  • 4-5 cups of flour

For the above:

  • 1 egg yolk (which you reserved)
  • 1 tablespoon of oil
  • 2 tablespoons of sesame and black seed mixture

Preparation Of

Mix butter, olive oil, yogurt and egg. Add salt, baking soda, baking soda and vinegar, add the flour in a controlled manner and obtain a soft dough that does not stick to the hand.
Let the dough rest for at least 20-30 minutes. (Preferably prepare the night before and bake the next day) Take walnut-sized pieces from the dough, place the cheese filling inside and place them on the baking tray.
Spread the sauce on it and pour the sesame seeds. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees until golden brown. Enjoy your meal.
