Mandarin Celery Salad Recipe

Materials

  • 1 kilo of celery
  • 1 quince
  • 1 onion
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 cup of boiled peas
  • 3 tangerines or a glass of orange juice
  • Salt
  • Dill
  • olive oil

Preparation Of

Put some olive oil and salt in the pan and fry the onion. Add the celery, carrot and quince you cut into cubes and continue frying. Squeeze the juice of the tangerines and add them to the pot. Add peas and half a glass of water and cook. When your meal is cooked, sprinkle some dill on it and serve. Enjoy your meal.
