Materials

  • 500 grams of yams
  • 1 medium onion
  • 1 carrot
  • Juice of 4 tangerines
  • 2 bay leaves
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil

  • Salt
  • Dill

Preparation Of

Soak the yams in lemon water so that they do not peel and turn black. Chop the onions coarsely. Cut the carrots into rings. Take olive oil in a pan and fry the onions for 2 minutes. Then add the carrots and continue frying. When the yams are cooked, remove the bay leaves. Wait for it to cool in the pan and when it cools down, transfer it to the serving plate. Serve with dill.
