Preparation Of

Melt butter in saucepan. Add the onions and fry them. Put the mince. Continue cooking. Add the spices and parsley and prepare the mortar. Open the dough fully. Soak with milk and oil. Place the mortar in the middle and close the dough. Melt the butter in a large skillet and cook evenly on both sides. Remove to serving plate. Cut into squares. Garnish with yogurt and sauce.
