Meat Bread Recipe

Materials

  • 4 glasses of flour
  • 1 packet of instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1.5 cups of warm water

For internal mortar:

  • 500 grams minced meat
  • 2 onions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 3 medium peppers
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon paprika

Let’s start with making the dough first. (If you don’t want to deal with kneading dough, you can buy bread dough from a bakery near your house.) Take the yeast in a bowl. Add 1.5 cups of warm water and 1 teaspoon of sugar on it and dissolve it. Make a hole in the middle of the flour you transferred to the kneading bowl and add the yeast water slowly and knead. After kneading, cover the dough and leave it to ferment for at least half an hour. For the stuffing, take a large bowl of ground beef. If you want to mix it, you can also grate cheese. Grate the tomatoes and onions into the minced meat. Chop the peppers very small and fine. After adding all the spices at the end, knead the stuffing with your hands. Take egg-sized pieces from the dough. Roll out the piece of dough you bought with the help of a rolling pin. (Meat bread is normally rolled thin and long, but you can shape it as you wish) Spread the stuffing on the dough with your hands as if you were putting a sauce on it. Do the same for all materials. Preheat the oven to 250 degrees. Line a large baking tray with greaseproof paper and place the meat loaves parallel to each other. Put the tray in the oven. Take it out after 10-15 minutes of cooking. You can serve when the temperature has passed a little. If you wish, you can squeeze lemon into it, add parsley or arugula, make a wrap and eat it.
