For the meatballs;
Half kilo of ground beef
1 large onion (rone or grate and drain and use pulp)
A little less than 1 teaspoon of breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon of baking soda
Black pepper, cumin, cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon salt
a little olive oil
up to 1 teaspoon of water
For the tomato sauce;
4 tablespoons of tomato paste (with this meatball size, 4 portions are obtained and there are plenty of meatballs)
water to thin
For the above;
3 empty pita breads
Knead all the ingredients well and make small balls and roll them thin.
Wrap it up and rest it in the fridge.
Chop the empty pita into cubes, heat it a little in the pan, make it crunchy and transfer it to the serving plate.
Make the tomato paste sauce in a separate place.
Fry the meatballs.
Spread the tomato paste sauce on the pita and let it come all over.
Arrange the meatballs on it. Lastly, let’s heat the butter and move it around.
You can serve it with pepper and tomato. Enjoy your meal.
