Meaty Persian Rice Recipe

Materials

  • 2 cups basmati rice
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 500 grams of minced meat
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1.5 cups of water
  • 3 medium potatoes
  • 1 pinch of saffron or safflower
  • Salt
  • A pinch of finely chopped dill

Preparation Of

First, put the saffron in 1/2 cup of hot water and let it sit for 20 minutes until the color comes out. Add the meat and 3 glasses of water to the pressure cooker and boil it. Separate the meats. Filter your water. You will use it in your rice. Peel the potatoes and cut them into rings. Fry in very little oil. Add butter and olive oil to the pan and melt. Roast the rice that you wash and drain in plenty of water. Arrange the fried potatoes on the bottom of your rice cooker. Put the rice on it and spread it. Put the meat on it. Add the broth, hot water, saffron water and salt. Do not mix so that it does not fall apart. Close the lid and boil. Cook on low heat until it takes the water. Cover your rice with a clean towel and let it brew for 15 minutes. Turn our brewed rice into a serving plate and serve. Enjoy your meal.
