  • 1 onion
  • 1-2 tomatoes
  • 1 green peper
  • 2 eggs
  • black pepper
  • red pepper
  • salt
  • liquid oil

Preparition Of

First, finely chop the onion. Then pour oil in a pan and throw the onions on it. Fry the onions until cooked. Chop green peppers on it and continue frying. Peel and finely chop the tomatoes. Put it in the pan. Then add black pepper, red pepper and salt, mix and cover. Stir occasionally. After cooking, break the eggs on top. You can serve after the egg is cooked. You can eat it by dipping bread for breakfast. Enjoy your meal.
