  • 4 tablespoons of butter

Take the butter in the pan and melt it and do not let the butter burn. Add the cornmeal to it and mix. Roast the cornmeal and cook it until it changes color. While the flour is roasting, stir constantly with the help of a wooden spoon. When the corn flour is roasted, add 1 glass of water and mix well. The hot flour will clump together when it meets the cold water. So keep mixing quickly. After mixing, add the remaining water and reach a smooth consistency. When the mixture starts to boil, turn the heat down a little. When butter comes out of the bubbles of the mixture boiling over low heat and starts to accumulate on the sides of the pan, it shows us that he wants cheese now. Add the Trabzon cheese to the pan by separating the wires with your hands. Cook over low heat, stirring occasionally. Enjoy your meal.
