  • half a glass of milk

  • 3 cups of sugar
  • 3 glasses of water
  • few drops of lemon

Preparation Of

Knead a soft dough. Divide into equal pieces of the size you can open. It will be 18 meringues. Roll it out to the size of a tea plate with plenty of starch. Prepare the dough by opening the freezer bag between them. Wait at least two hours. It will get better as you listen. Stack the two rolled meringues on top of each other. Sprinkle with nuts. Assemble with a slight fold from the edges to the thickness of two fingers. Cut it into a crescent shape with a glass spout or other apparatus and place it on the tray. Melt the butter and separate it from the milk. Add liquid oil. Grease the dessert. Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees. For the syrup, mix the water and sugar to dissolve. Get it in the furnace. Once it boils, reduce the heat to medium low. Turn it off after 15 minutes. Squeeze a few drops of lemon. After 5 minutes, pour it over the cooled baklava. You can serve after taking the syrup.
