Mücver Recipe

Materials

  • 4 zucchini
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 1 pinch of parsley
  • 1 pinch of dill
  • 100 gr. feta cheese
  • salt
  • black pepper

To fry:

  • liquid oil

For service:

  • yogurt

Preparation Of

Grate the zucchini into a large bowl. We wait for a while for it to release its water. We squeeze the juice of the grated zucchini that we take in our two palms. We take the juices we have squeezed into a separate container. Chop the onion and add it. We break your eggs. We crush the cheese and crumble it on it. Finely chop the parsley and dill and add. We throw in salt and pepper. Add 5 tablespoons of heaping flour and mix well. Put the frying oil in the pan and heat it. We take a spoonful of the mucver mortar and leave it in the oil and fry it. We serve it with yogurt on the side.
