Mushroom Basil Spaghetti Recipe


  • 1 pack of spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 4 glasses of water
  • 1 glass of water Milk
  • Salt


  • 400 grams of mushrooms (oyster)
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • 5 tablespoons of grated parmesan
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoon of nutmeg
  • 3-4 sprigs of basil leaves
  • Salt

Preparation Of

Boil the spaghetti with water and milk and drain. (8 minutes) Separate the mushrooms from leaves and wash and drain. Chop it coarsely and cook it in the pan until the water evaporates. Add oil and spices and simmer together for 3-4 minutes. Add butter to the pan and melt it. Add the pasta, mushroom mixture and parmesan and mix. When serving, sprinkle coarsely chopped basil leaves on top. Enjoy your meal.
