Mushroom Noodles Recipe

Materials

  • 350 grams of noodles
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 10 mushrooms
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 capsicum pepper
  • 1 sprig of fresh garlic
  • 1 handful of fresh mint leaves 1 teaspoon tarragon
  • black pepper, salt
  • Grated cheddar cheese

Preparation Of

Add olive oil to the pan and cook the coarsely chopped mushrooms until their water evaporates. Add the chopped capia pepper, garlic and tomato and sauté together for 5 minutes. Add the spices. Boil the noodles and drain the water. Melt the butter in a saucepan, add the noodles and mix. Transfer it to a serving plate and pour the mushroom mixture over it. Sprinkle with grated cheddar. Add mint leaves and serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
