Mushroom Tortellini Recipe

Materials

  • 1 package of tortellini pasta
  • Salt

For the sauce; 

  • 7~8 large mushrooms
  • 2~3 cloves of garlic
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 200 ml cream
  • Salt

For the above;

  • Basil leaves

How To Make Creamy Mushroom Tortellini?

Boil the pasta in plenty of water. For the sauce, chop the mushrooms coarsely and sauté them in olive oil together with the crushed garlic. When the mushrooms have absorbed their water, add the cream and boil for 5-6 minutes. Season with salt. Drain the tortellini and place on a serving plate. Pour the sauce over it. Serve garnished with basil leaves.
