Materials

Meatballs;

  • 2 tablespoons of butter
  • 1 onion chopped edible
  • 1/2 cup of pomegranate syrup
  • 1 cup boiled chickpeas
  • 2 tablespoons of tomato paste
  • 6 cups of hot water
  • 4 tablespoons of coarsely ground walnuts
  • Salt, pepper and cayenne pepper to your taste

For the above;

  • pomegranate seed
  • Parsley

Preparation Of

Combine the meatball ingredients in a bowl and knead well. Roll it the size of a walnut. Fry in very little oil. Fry the chopped onion in butter until it turns pink. Add the garlic. Fry it together for 3-4 minutes and add the water. When it starts to boil, add the pomegranate syrup, chickpeas and meatballs. Cook for 10 minutes and add the walnuts and spices. Remove from the stove after 3 minutes. Sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and parsley and serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
