Olive Cheese Cake Recipe


  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup of yogurt
  • 1 water glass measure of oil
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup grated white cheese
  • 1 cup pitted black olives
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 4 sprigs of spring onions
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley
  • 3-4 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 1 capsicum pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • Salt
  • 3 tablespoons of sesame

Preparation Of

Add yogurt, oil, eggs, sugar, salt and spices to the mixing bowl and mix. Add finely chopped spring onions, rosemary, parsley, capia pepper, olives and cheese and mix. Add baking soda and baking powder to the flour and sift them into the mixture. Mix until it is a little stiffer than normal cake consistency. Grease the cake mold with butter or margarine. Sprinkle sesame seeds on the bottom. Pour the mixture into it. Flatten it with a spoon. Bake for 40-45 minutes without opening the door of the oven, which is preheated at 180 degrees.
