- 2 onions
- 5-7 sprigs of parsley
- 1.5 tablespoons of sumac
- juice of 1 lemon
- ½ teaspoon of olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt, extra for rubbing
Onions are finely chopped.
Parsley is washed and finely chopped.
Salt is added to the chopped onion and kneaded. Then the onions are washed under cold water.
Mix salt, lemon juice, sumac and olive oil in a bowl.
It is added to the drained onions and blended.
Served with parsley. Enjoy your meal.
