Onion Stew Recipe


  • 500 g beef cubed meat
  • 1 bowl of peeled shallots approx 500 g
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar (I used apple cider vinegar)
  • 1 teaspoon of hot water
  • 1 tablespoonful of tomato paste
  • Salt
  • Black pepper

Preparation Of

Take the oil in the pan.
When the butter melts, add the washed and drained meats and fry for 2-3 minutes on high heat, stirring.
Let’s add 1 tablespoon of vinegar and 1 tea glass of hot water and close the lid.
Let it cook on medium heat, stirring occasionally.
You can add water if it is not cooked when the water is finished.
Let’s add our shallots and garlic to the meat that has run out of water.
Let it fry for 2-3 minutes with the meat.
Add the tomato paste and fry it for 2-3 minutes and add enough water to cover it.
Add salt and pepper and cook until the shallots soften. Let’s serve hot. Enjoy your meal.
