- 1 ready-made dough
- 1 tomato
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red capia pepper
- 150 g grated cheddar cheese
- 150 g chopped bacon (you can use bacon for economy purposes.)
- About half a teaspoon of oil
First, the inner mortar of the paçanga pastry is prepared. The peppers are cut into small pieces and sautéed in a little oil and put into a deep bowl. You can put it raw if you wish, but I prefer to cook it 1-2 minutes in advance. After the peppers have cooled down a bit, the peeled and diced tomatoes, cheddar cheese and pastrami are added and mixed, and the stuffing is prepared.
Donuts are wrapped with yufka. According to the size of the dough, it is divided into 6 or 8 triangular pieces. It is wrapped in a thicker way, as if it were a cigarette pastry, by placing plenty of its inner mortar on each piece.
Prepared paçanga pastries are fried. The prepared pastries are fried in plenty of oil. I recommend that you serve it without waiting too long in the heat. Enjoy your meal.
