Pan Fried Cornbread Recipe


  • 2 piece egg
  • 2 tablespoon yogurt
  • 2 tablespoon olive oil
  • one dessert spoon baking powder
  • one tea cup cornflour
  • one tea spoon salt (according to desire)

Preparation Of

Take the eggs in a bowl and whisk them. Add the yoghurt and olive oil on top. After adding the corn flour and baking powder, mix it with a whisk. After the mixture becomes completely homogeneous, add salt at this stage as desired. Pour the mixture into a non-stick pan preferably with a diameter of 20 cm. If you do not have a rainproof pan, you may need to lubricate the bottom of the pan. Close the lid and cook for 8-10 minutes on the lowest heat under control. When the top part dries up and tiny pores form, lift the lid. Carefully turn it upside down and cook for 5-7 minutes in this way. Take out and slice and serve hot.
