Pancake Recipe

Materials

  • 1 cup of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • half a teaspoon of salt
  • 2 teaspoons of powdered sugar
  • half a glass of milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of melted butter

Preparation Of

Crack the egg into a deep bowl and add flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and milk and whisk. Melt the butter in the pan. After it is hot, pour the pancake mixture with the help of a small ladle. Turn it over after it’s browned. Remove from pan when both sides are cooked. You can serve it with chocolate and fruit. Enjoy your meal.
