Finally, salt is added and the dough is mixed.The dough is covered with a plastic foil and left to ferment in a warm environment until it doubles in size. The dough is mixed and divided into two, and it is rolled out on a lightly floured surface in the thickness of a dessert plate. It is shaped with the help of a cutter, covered with a damp cloth and left to ferment for 15 minutes. In a large deep pan, pour plenty of oil. Two or three pieces of the dough are slowly dropped into the oil from the tip. Turn the fried dough and fry the other side. If you wish, it can be taken to a serving plate lined with paper towel or directly to the serving plate and eaten with our loved ones for breakfast. Enjoy your meal.
