Pistachio Flour Halva Recipe


  • 200 gr. Butter
  • Half a teaspoon of oil
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 pack of peanuts
  • 2.5 cups of milk
  • 1.5 cups of granulated sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla

Preparation Of

First, mix the cold milk, sugar and vanilla well in a bowl and melt the sugar. Wait on the side.
Melt the butter and add oil.
Roast the peanuts, but not black. Add the flour and start roasting. Roasting takes 20 minutes.
It will be watered and it should come to a consistency that will not stick to the spoon. I roasted it in a teflon pot.
When the flour is well watered, add the cold milk and mix it constantly, it will absorb the milk anyway. When you pull it, close the bottom and your mouth and let it brew a little.
Then shape it and put it on a plate.
