Potato Pan Pie Recipe

Materials

  • 6 phyllo dough

  • 1 bottle of soda

Preparation Of

Mash the boiled and peeled potatoes with a fork, add spices, salt, roasted onions, finely chopped greens and mix. Grease the tray and put the first phyllo dough. Mix soda and oil in a bowl. Pour it over the dough with the help of a spoon. Sprinkle flour. Cover the other layer of dough. Do this 3 times. Then put the mashed potatoes. Cover the remaining phyllo with the sauce. Apply egg yolk to the last remaining layer. Slice the pastry and sprinkle sesame seeds on it. Rest for 20 minutes. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven until golden brown. Enjoy your meal.
